      研究目标：分析中国光伏产业发展，评估电价补贴政策对光伏产业链的影响。研究方法：利用纯手工收集的电价补贴数据，采用双向固定效应模型和借鉴portfolio sort思想的统计检验思路进行实证研究。研究发现：电价补贴显著提高了产业链各环节企业的规模、创新产出和市场竞争能力；对下游非国有企业的规模和创新产出有更明显的促进作用，而对下游国有企业市场竞争能力的提升作用更显著。研究创新：首次利用电价补贴翔实的企业数据，基于微观考察和产业链分析双重视角进行定量研究；从补贴政策设计的一般性视角出发，对电价补贴真正退坡的条件和新兴产业政策适用的阶段性进行深入讨论。研究价值：为研究电价补贴政策的影响提供了微观经验证据，是现有电价补贴与新能源产业发展研究的重要补充。
英文摘要:
      Research Objectives: To analyze the development of China's photovoltaic industry and evaluate the impact of the downstream feed-in tariff policy on the photovoltaic industry chain Research Methods: Empirical research based on the two-way fixed effect model and the statistical test ideas of portfolio sort，using self-collected data of downstream feed-in tariff Research Findings: The downstream feed-in tariff has significantly improved the scale，innovation output and market competitiveness of enterprises in all links of the industrial chain；the feed-in tariff has more obvious promotion effects on the scale and innovation output of non-state-owned enterprises，and it has more significant effects on improving the market competitiveness of state-owned enterprises Research Innovations: For the first time，we used detailed corporate data on downstream feed-in tariff to conduct quantitative research based on the dual perspectives of micro-survey and industrial chain analysis；the conditions for the real decline of downstream feed-in tariff and the stages of the application of emerging industry policies are discussed in depth Research Value: This paper provides microscopic empirical evidence for studying the impact of downstream feed-in tariff，enriches the academic research on downstream feed-in tariff and the new energy industry development
