      研究目标:测度经济高质量发展视阈下创新要素配置水平并探索其时空演变规律。研究方法:基于熵权TOPSIS方法测算经济高质量发展视阈下创新要素配置水平,利用核密度估计和标准差椭圆考察其时间变化趋势和空间分布特征。研究发现:数据创新要素是最具发展潜力的子系统,全国省份间、三大地区间创新要素各子系统和综合系统配置水平的差距十分明显。时间维度上,中、西部地区正逐步缩小与东部地区在创新要素综合系统配置水平上的差距,但东、中、西部地区以及全国内部省份间创新要素综合系统配置水平的差距逐年增大。空间维度上,全国创新要素综合系统配置水平空间区位分布大体呈偏东北-偏西南走势,空间集聚模式总体呈高-低型,且东、中、西部地区的空间集聚模式与全国保持一致。研究创新:界定了创新要素的内涵并构建指标体系进行测度,引入数据创新要素指标并发现其潜在的成长空间,从时空维度揭示全国和三大地区层面经济高质量发展视阈下创新要素配置水平的演变特征。研究价值:为明晰经济高质量发展视阈下创新要素配置的时间演化路径和空间优化布局提供参考。

      Research Objectives: Measure the allocation level of innovative elements from the perspective of high-quality economic development and explore its temporal and spatial evolution. Research Methods: Based on the entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure the allocation level of innovative elements from the perspective of high-quality economic development, the kernel density estimation and standard deviation ellipse are used to investigate its temporal change trend and spatial distribution characteristics. Research Findings: The data innovation element is the subsystem with the most development potential, and the gap in the allocation level of the innovation element subsystems and comprehensive system is very obvious in the three major regions and the whole country. In the time dimension, the central and western regions are gradually narrowing the gap with the eastern region in the comprehensive system of innovation elements. However, the gap of the internal provinces in the eastern, central, western regions and the whole country is increasing year by year. In the spatial dimension, the spatial location distribution of the comprehensive system of innovative elements is generally northeast-southwest. The spatial agglomeration pattern of the whole country‘s comprehensive system is generally high-low, and the spatial agglomeration pattern in the eastern, central, and western regions is consistent with the whole country. Research Innovations: Define the connotation of innovation elements and build an indicator system for measurement, introduce data innovation elements indicators and discover their potential growth space, reveal the evolution characteristics of innovation elements allocation from the perspective of high-quality economic development from the time and space dimensions at the national and three regional levels. Research Value: Provide a reference for clarifying the time evolution path and spatial optimization layout of the innovative elements allocation from the perspective of high-quality economic development.
