| 研究目标：提出中国居民收入增长与经济发展同步的测度方法并实证分析。研究方法：用数理方法揭示了目前协调发展测度方法的不足，基于基尼系数提出了新的协调发展指标，测度了2000~2018年中国居民收入增长综合指数、经济发展综合指数以及两者的协调发展。研究发现：虽然2000~2018年中国人均收入与人均GDP呈现较高的协调度及协调发展度，但是收入不平等拉低了收入增长综合指数，经济发展质量提升了经济发展综合指数，两个综合指数的协调发展度由于协调度的作用而呈现螺旋式上升。研究创新：提出了性能较好的协调发展度指标，认为居民收入增长与经济发展同步不能简单地解读为人均收入和人均GDP增长速度一致，而应该理解为居民收入增长综合指数和经济发展综合指数的协调发展。研究价值：明确居民收入增长与经济发展同步的内涵，提出了较为科学的测度方法，揭示了在保持人均收入和人均GDP不断上升的同时，还要逐步缩小收入不平等和稳步提高经济发展质量。 |

| Research Objectives: To measure the simultaneous growth of residents' income and economy development. Research Methods: Revealing the shortcomings of the current coordinated development measurements by mathematical method and proposing a new coordinated development indicator based on the Gini coefficient, measuring the comprehensive index of China's residents' income, economic development and their coordinated development from 2000 to 2018. Research Findings: Although China's per capita income and per capita GDP show a high degree of coordination and coordinated development from 2000 to 2018, the income inequality lowers the comprehensive index of income growth and the quality of economic development improves the comprehensive index of economic development, and the coordinated development of the two composite indices shows a spiral increase due to the influence of coordination. Research Innovations: A good performance coordinated development index is proposed, and the simultaneous growth cannot be simply interpreted as the same growth rate of per capita income and per capita GDP, it should be understood as coordinated development with composite index. Research Value:This paper defines the connotation of the synchronization of residents' income growth with economic development and proposes a more scientific measurement, revealing that while maintaining per capita income and per capita GDP continuously rising, it is necessary to gradually reduce the income gap and steadily improve the quality of economic development. |
