英文摘要:
      Research Objectives: This paper analyzes income increase effect and heterogeneity of employment poverty alleviation.Research Methods：The treatment effect model and quantile regression method are used to study the problem.Research Findings：Employment training as a whole has significantly contributed to the increase in net income of poor households who set up files, but the impact will be heterogeneous with the income level of poor households who set up files.In particular, it has a significant positive impact on the middle-income poor households who set up files.The promotion of low-income and high-income poverty-stricken households is not significant.Research Innovations：This paper studies the effect of employment training on the net income heterogeneity of poor households with different income levels, and considers the subjective initiative of poor households with established records.Research Value：It provides a new perspective for studying the income-increasing effect of employment poverty alleviation and provides some inspiration for the precise implementation of employment poverty alleviation policies.
