      研究目标：揭示国内专业化分工能否成为实现区域协调发展的新机制。研究方法：建立国内专业化分工与区域协调发展的理论框架，对两种不同类型的国内价值链分工与区域发展差距的关系进行经验分析，进而探讨其背后的影响机理。研究发现：在国内专业化分工中获得的技术进步效应及资源配置效应差异，成为决定区域协调发展的关键。嵌套于全球价值链的国内价值链分工（NVC1）有利于实现区域协调，而基于内生能力的国内价值链分工（NVC2）反而拉大了区域收入差距。NVC1更有利于中低收入地区资源配置优化，而NVC2呈现一定的“中心—外围”特征，对中高收入地区意味着更加显著的技术进步效应和资源配置效应。研究创新：区分两种国内价值链分工模式，探讨其对区域协调发展的影响差异及机制原因。研究价值：探讨如何充分发挥大国规模经济，推动区域协调发展。
英文摘要:
      Research Objectives: This paper is to discover whether national value chain division can become the new mechanism to realize regional coordinated development.Research Methods：This paper establishes the theoretical framework of domestic specialization and regional coordination, empirically analyzes the relationship between the division of labor in two different types of domestic value chains and regional development gaps,and analyzes the influence mechanism behind it.Research Findings:The technological progress effect and resource allocation effect of developed regions and less-developed regions are the key to the coordinated development of the region.National value chain embedded in global value chain(NVC1) is conducive to regional coordination,whereas national value chain based on endogenous capabilities(NVC2) has widened the regional income gap.NVC1 is more beneficial to the optimization of resource allocation in lower and middle-income regions,while NVC2 presents a certain“center-peripheral”feature.For middle and higher-income region,it means more significant technological progress effect and resource allocation effect.Research Innovations: This paper distinguishes two kinds of domestic value chain division pattern,explores the difference and mechanism of its influence on regional coordinated development.Research Value:This paper can explore the way of develop economies of scale and promote coordinated development among regions.
