      研究目标：估计公共转移支付的收入贫困和多维贫困减贫效应。研究方法：基于2010年和2014年中国家庭追踪调查数据，采用完全信息极大似然法对非线性调节效应模型进行估计，并识别出公共转移支付的减贫效应。研究发现：收到公共转移支付的样本陷入收入贫困概率在样本区间降低的幅度要比其未收到转移支付状况下高出0.120～0.129，陷入多维贫困概率在此期间降低的幅度比其未收到转移支付状况下高出0.019～0.025。异质性分析显示公共转移支付减贫效应随样本陷入贫困概率提高呈倒“U”形变化。研究创新：提供一种包含离散因变量和离散内生性处理变量的政策评价方法。研究价值：将收入贫困和多维贫困纳入同一框架讨论，为完善扶贫政策，促进“可行能力”脱贫具有启示意义。
英文摘要:
      Research Objectives: This paper is to study on the poverty reduction effects of public transfer payment on the income poverty and multidimensional poverty. Research Methods: Based on the 2010 and 2014 rural survey of China Family Panel Studies, a nonlinear moderating effect model is estimated by full information maximum likelihood method. Finally, the poverty reduction effects of public transfer payment are identified. Research Findings:Compared with the counterfactual situation, the predicted poverty incidence of the beneficiary with public transfers reduces no less than 0.120 to 0.129 on income poverty, while 0.019 to 0.025 reduction in multidimensional poverty.The secondary moderating effects on poverty reduction are more heterogeneous in income poverty than those in multidimensional poverty. Research Innovations: This paper develops a new model containing discrete dependent variable and discrete endogenous treatment variable for policy evaluation. Research Value: To investigate income poverty and multidimensional poverty in the same framework, this paper is instructive to improve poverty alleviation policy and reduce multidimensional poverty.
