      研究目标：在偏向性技术进步框架下研究产权结构对中国区域能源效率的影响。研究方法：基于包含能源、资本和劳动的标准化嵌套三要素CES生产函数供给面系统估计中国技术进步要素偏向性，运用面板标准误差修正方法比较产权结构对区域能源效率影响的异质性。研究发现：除山西、新疆和内蒙古外，其他地区技术进步总体上偏向资本，偏向程度自东向西逐渐增大；技术进步偏向性程度越大则区域资本节能效应越小。研究创新：基于区域技术进步偏向性差异比较了产权结构对区域能源效率影响的异质性。研究价值：侧重于从要素替代角度研究技术进步节能效应的成果，有利于改善要素结构、推进能源供给侧结构性改革。
英文摘要:
      Research Objectives：This paper studies the influence of capital property right structure on the regional energy efficiency in China under the framework of directed technology change.Research Methods：Using a standardization of nested CES production function supply system to estimate the feature of technical change directivity of China and PCSE to compare the heterogeneity of the influence of property right structure on regional energy efficiency.Research Findings：The technology change of most regions are capital biased types and the degree of directivities increase gradually from east to west. There are negative correlations between the degree of technical change directivity and regional energy-saving effect of capital.Research Innovations：Based on the feature of technical change directivity, this paper compares the heterogeneity of the influence of property right structure on regional energy efficiency. Research Value：This paper expands the focus on the technical progress from the perspective of element substitution,improves the structure of the elements and boosts energy supply side structural reforms.
