Digitalization is reshaping production functions through exponentially growing computing power, algorithms, and data to achieve the goals of “Digital China” and new quality productive forces. On the other hand, green development is driving comprehensive innovation in production and lifestyles through a dual control mechanism on carbon emissions volume and intensity to achieve the ecological civilization goal of “Beautiful China.” Digitalization serves as the engine of development, while green transition acts as its constraint. Whether these two forces can transcend the limitations of single-dimensional development to achieve synergistic gains rather than mutual obstruction is a pivotal issue shaping the trajectory of high-quality economic and social development. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Economics and Ecological Civilization, this study integrates the synergy theory and dissipative structure theory into an economic framework to systematically elucidate the theoretical logic, typical models, and implementation pathways for the coordinated advancement of digitalization and green development. The intrinsic logic of dual transformation synergy lies in treating both as mutually conditional coupled constraints. Through the “institutional-capital-spatial” regulatory mechanism, this triggers the system’s leap from “local synergy” to “holistic synergy,” forming a sustainable growth pathway. Regarding typical models, our study identifies three synergistic development patterns of digitalization and green development: a “technology-driven” model centered on the hierarchical amplification effect of “technology-data-scenario-system,” a “regulation-driven” model based on the transmission chain of “regulation-price-risk-reputation” and a “spatial network” model that relies on the triple resonance of “nodes-links-fields.” Practical pathways are deconstructed across three dimensions-technology, institutions, and space.Technologically, “bidirectional integration + innovative breakthroughs” constitute the core driving force of dual transformation synergy. Institutionally, “rule-building + mechanism innovation” fortifies its safeguarding system. Spatially, “gradient layout + cross-domain coordination” optimizes its spatial configuration. The contributions of this study are as follows:First, grounded in theoretical logic and practical applicability, this study supplements the theoretical exposition of the dynamic hierarchical transition mechanism for the coordinated development of digitalization and green development, distills typical development models, and summarizes practical pathways. This bridges the logical gap between micro-level mechanisms and macro-level manifestations in existing research. It clearly explains how micro-level technological applications dynamically evolve into meso-level system coordination and macro-level ecological synergy, thereby establishing mutual reinforcement between theoretical logic and existing empirical findings to address the logical gap in prior research. Second, the study builds on existing empirical evidence to establish replicable paradigms with enhanced contextual adaptability. The three models proposed in this study integrate into a modular paradigm through three distinct pathways-a stepwise progression from “technology-data-scenario-system,” a transmission chain linking “regulation-price-risk-reputation,” and a triple resonance mechanism involving “nodes-links-fields.” Their validity is supported by existing empirical evidence while remaining adaptable to the resource endowments of diverse regions, thereby addressing the limitation of existing research where case experiences are difficult to generalize. Finally, this study innovatively translates theoretical findings into more actionable, progressive implementation strategies. While existing research offers numerous policy recommendations, most focus on single dimensions and lack systematic integration across micro, meso, and macro levels. Based on the constructed theoretical framework and refined typical models, this study designs an integrated pathway featuring “two-way integration of technological dimensions + innovation breakthroughs, rule construction at the institutional dimension + mechanism innovation and gradient spatial layout + cross-domain coordination.” This dual-track synergistic development pathway follows a progressive logic from “micro-technology, meso-institutional to macro-spatial” dimensions. It systematizes and hierarchizes fragmented policy recommendations from existing research, offering a comprehensive solution with both theoretical depth and policy relevance to advance digitalization and green development from “initial coordination” to “deep integration.” | | 查看全文 |
