| 研究目标：测算与分析我国各区域参与境内价值链和全球价值链分工的增加值利得与嵌入特征，透析我国区域和产业的发展现状。研究方法：提出了基于区域嵌入国际的投入产出表的双重价值链统一测算框架，直观测算了各区域参与双重价值链分工带来的增加值。研究发现：随着不同分工路径中全球价值链分工比例的增大，区域视角下的“东向聚集”特征越发明显。部门视角下，技术含量越高的部门越加复杂化的价值链分工增加值贡献越大。东部沿海地区的服务业和制造业部门参与双重分工带来的增加值大于初级产品部门，而大部分中西部地区相反。金融危机前后，制造业部门和西部地区参与双重分工受到的影响最大。研究创新：将境内价值链和全球价值链纳入统一的增加值测算框架，并从中剥离出单一价值链分工和双重分工。从多维视角全面分析了中国区域双重价值链的嵌入特征。研究价值：对我国再次布局西部大开发以及加快形成“双循环”新发展格局具有重要的参考价值。 |

| Research Objectives:To measure and analyze the value added and embedded characteristics of China's regional participation in dual value chains, and to analyze the development status and upgrading path of China's regional and industrial development. Research Methods: A unified measurement framework of dual value chains based on regional embedded International Input-Output tables is proposed and the value added brought by China's regional participation in the dual value chains production is directly measured. Research Findings: With the increase of the proportion of global value chain in different production, the characteristics of “Eastward aggregation” from the regional perspective become more and more obvious. From the perspective of sectors, the higher technology of sectors, the greater the contribution of the more complicated value chain production to the added value of the sector. The value added of service and manufacturing sectors in the eastern region is greater than that of primary product sectors, while the opposite is true in most of the central and western regions. Before and after the crisis, the manufacturing sectors and the western region participated in the dual production, which was affected most positively and negatively. Research Innovations: For the first time, the national value chain and the global value chain are integrated into a unified value added framework, and the pure value chain production and dual production are separated from the two value chains. This paper comprehensively analyzes the embedding characteristics of China's regional dual value chains from a multi-dimensional perspective. Research Value: This paper has important reference value for China's layout of the western development and the “double cycle” new development pattern. |
