      研究目标:探索新形势下稳定我国国民收入的经济发展方式。研究方法:基于IOTs-OECD和TiVA数据,通过回归分析比较四种参与方式下GVCs参与度对国民收入和劳动报酬份额的影响,寻找最能抵御GVCs收缩风险的环节和要素。以知识密集型要素积累水平和产品技术复杂度,讨论我国掌握上述环节的可能性,提出跨越中等收入阶段的双循环发展建议。研究发现:GVCs参与度下行抑制国民收入增长,有利于劳动报酬份额提升;研发创新环节最能抵御GVCs收缩风险;多重价值链交互和新型举国体制有利于我国跨越中等收入阶段。研究创新:提出了兼顾国内国际双循环影响的收入模型;论证了GVCs下行是调整优化劳资分配结构的契机。研究价值:为中国从深度嵌入GVCs向双循环发展格局转换提供理论和数据支撑。
英文摘要:
      Research Objectives:Explore the economic development mode of stabilizing China's national income under external shocks.Research Methods:Based on TiVA data,through regression analysis,compare the impact of GVCs participation on national income and labor remuneration share under the four embedding methods,and look for the linkages and production factors that can best resist the risk of GVCs shrinking.The possibility of China's overcoming the corresponding linkages is discussed,and a dual-cycle development proposal that crosses the middle-income stage is proposed.Research Findings:Although the decline in participation of GVCs inhibits the growth of national income,it is conducive to the increase in the share of labor compensation;the innovation linkage can best resist the risk of shrinkage of GVCs;the use of international technology spillovers and a new nationwide system is conducive to cross the middle-income stage.Research Innovations:Demonstrated that the downward trend of GVCs is an opportunity to adjust and optimize the structure of labor and capital distribution.Research Value:Provide theoretical and data support for China's transformation from deeply embedded GVCs to a dual-cycle development pattern.
