| 研究目标：测度中国农村普惠金融发展影响因素的时空异质性。研究方法：运用时空地理加权回归模型及2009~2017年中国30个省份的数据分析农村普惠金融发展影响因素的时空异质性。研究发现：农村金融环境能有效支持农村普惠金融发展，农村经济发展、投资环境及城乡协调发展的影响存在空间分异；各影响因素对南北地区差异变化敏感度强于东西地区，农村金融市场效率、人力资本及城镇化进程的拟合趋势线为“U”形；农村经济发展、金融市场效率及城乡收入比扩大有助于农村普惠金融发展，城镇化进程加快则起阻碍作用。研究创新：考察了我国农村普惠金融发展影响因素的时空异质性及变动规律。研究价值：为促进我国农村普惠金融发展提出有效政策建议 |

| Research Objectives: To measure the development level of China's rural inclusive finance and the spatio-temporal heterogeneity of influencing factors. Research Methods: Based on the data of rural inclusive finance development in 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2017, this paper uses the spatio-temporal weighted regression model to analyse the spatio-temporal heterogeneity of influencing factors of rural inclusive finance development. Research Findings: The rural financial environment can effectively support the development of inclusive finance in rural areas, but the impact of rural economic development, rural investment environment and coordinated development between urban and rural areas is different. The influence factors are more sensitive to the differences between north and south than that between east and west regions. Moreover, the fitting trend lines of rural financial market efficiency, human capital and urbanization process are U-shaped. The improvement of rural financial market efficiency, rural economic development and the expansion of urban-rural income ratio contribute to the development of inclusive finance in rural areas, while the acceleration of urbanization hinders the development of inclusive finance in rural areas. Research Innovations: This paper investigates the spatio-temporal heterogeneity of influencing factors of rural inclusive finance development in China and its change rule. Research Value:This paper surveys the spatio-temporal heterogeneity and factors influencing of China's rural inclusive finance, and provides decision-making reference to promote rural financial inclusion development. |
