| 研究目标：对中国区域产业结构优化进行再估算。研究方法：在明确区域产业结构优化内涵的基础上，构建了三项核心指标：区域产业结构的合理化、高度化和生态化。采取灰色动态关联分析方法，将三项核心指标与经济增长率相耦合，综合估算区域产业结构优化指标。研究发现：先明确内涵再估算更合理；整体上，中国区域产业结构优化水平不断提升，地区差异显著。研究创新：先定性分析再定量分析，在内涵的基础上构建指标；将核心指标综合测度；考虑能耗角度测算生态化指标；将生态化指标融入区域产业结构优化指标的估算中，与目前中国可持续性经济发展的要求相契合。研究价值：为后续的相关研究提供了较为客观、合理的基础估算方法的借鉴。 |

| Research Objectives: This paper is to re-estimate the optimization of regional industrial structure in China. Research Methods: Based on explicit connotation of regional industrial structure optimization, three core indexes are put forward including rationalization, advancement and ecologicalization of regional industrial structure. This paper adopts the method of grey dynamic correlation to couple the three core indexes with rate of economic growth, and makes comprehensive estimation of the regional industrial structure optimization. Research Findings: It is more reasonable to make estimation on the basis of clear connotation. Generally speaking, the level of regional industrial structure optimization in China has been continuously improved, and there are obvious regional differences. Research Innovations: After making the qualitative analysis, this paper adopts the quantitative analysis and establishes indexes based on connotation. This paper also makes comprehensive estimation of core indexes and calculates the index of ecologicalization considering the energy consumption. In addition, the index of ecologicalization is integrated into the estimation of regional industrial structure optimization, which is consistent with the requirements of sustainable economic development in China at present.Research Value: This paper provides a more objective and reasonable basis for the subsequent research. |
