      研究目标:探究中国区域创新空间关联及其主要影响因素。研究方法:采用复杂网络理论解析中国区域创新空间关联结构,并运用QAP方法分析影响空间关联结构形成的主要因素。研究发现:我国东部发达省份发展成为高-高集聚的良性地带,西部地区则走向低-低集聚的创新洼地;同时,东部和中部地区还表现出向同一板块内集中的趋势。中国区域创新表现出明显的“梯度”可达的关联特征。中国区域创新空间关联结构受地区间地理距离与人力资本水平差异影响显著。进一步还发现省份间人力资本水平差异与人力资本投资力度差异有关。其中,普通中学生均教育经费支出差异的影响最为严重,普通小学次之,普通高等学校不显著。研究创新:构建了中国区域创新关联网络,并从创新空间关联的整体特征,各板块在关联网络中的地位、作用和角色以及板块之间关联机制和传导路径等方面进行了解析;此外,还将研究“关系”之间关系的方法用来探讨影响区域创新关联网络形成的主要因素。研究价值:为协调区域创新平衡发展、推动教育事业改革和建设创新型国家提供政策建议。

      Research Objectives: Constructing the spatial correlation structure of Chinas regional innovation and analyzing its main influencing factors Research Methods: Using the theory of complex network to characterize the Chinese regional innovation space structure and further analyze the main factors that influence the formation of innovation space structure by using QAP method Research Findings: The developed eastern provinces has become a benign belt of high high agglomeration The western region has moved toward a low low innovation depression At the same time, the eastern and central regions have also shown signs of concentration in the same plate Chinas regional innovation relations show a clear “gradient” reachable unbalanced characteristics The spatial structure of regional innovation in China is significantly affected by the differences in geographic distance and the difference in the level of human capital It is further found that the discrepancy between the levels of human capital in the province and the differences in the investment of human capital is also related Among them, the average educational expenditure differences of secondary education have the most serious impact, primary schools, ordinary colleges and universities is not significant Research Innovations: Applying the theory of complex networks to construct Chinas regional innovation spatial correlation network, and from the overall characteristics, innovation of spatial correlation and regional correlation in each sector in the network status, role and relevance plate mechanism and conduction path of other aspects of the analysis; and based on a method to study the relationship between “relationships”, we explore what factors affect the status of Chinas regional innovation spatial correlation Research Value: The results of this study have important policy implications for coordinating the regional innovation and balanced development, promoting education reform and building an innovative country.
