      本文构建(进口)非竞争型12部门投入产出模型,并运用动态面板GMM建模技术,从不同层面、不同维度(总量和强度)探讨1991~2010年我国主要行业能源消耗、碳排放与各类特征的承接外包间的动态关联性。研究发现,承接国外中间生产环节的外包业务是我国出口贸易中引致能源消耗和碳排放快速增长的最主要拉动力量,加工品、基本材料是引致碳排放过度的最主要生产环节,零配件承接易导致能源总量的过度消耗。
英文摘要:
      This paper constructed a non-competitive input-output 12-sector model, applied the GMM technology of dynamic panel data and discussed the dynamic linkage of offshoring undertaking, energy consumption and carbon emission of Chinese main sectors from a comprehensive perspective from 1991 to 2010. This research shows that the offshoring undertaking of middle segment of foreign production is the main pull power of Chinese export which causes the rapid growth of energy consumptions and carbon emissions. This paper also shows that the production of processed goods and primary goods are the main segments that cause the excessive carbon emissions, while the undertaking of accessory and parts easily causes the increasing total amount of energy consumption.
