| 本文构建了涵盖资源能源节约利用、生态环境保护、经济社会协调发展和绿色制度实施四个维度的生态文明评价指标体系，对2006—2011年中国及各省区生态文明发展水平进行了测度。研究表明，考察期内全国总体和地区生态文明均呈现稳步上升的趋势，但在不同区域之间，生态文明发展水平及其变化存在较大差异，东部发达地区生态文明绝对水平高于中部和西部地区。从东部到中部再到西部，中国生态文明呈现了由高到低逐渐递减的状态。 |

| By building an ecological civilization evaluation index system, which is including four dimensionalities, namely resources and energy economical use, ecological environment protection, coordinated development of the economy and society and green system implementation, this paper measured the ecological civilization development levels about China and the provinces of years 2006-2011. The research results indicated that there was a steady improvement of ecological civilization level of the whole country and provinces during the study period. However, there were big differences in ecological civilization level and its variation between different regions. The absolute level of ecological civilization in the eastern developed regions is apparently higher than the central regions and western regions. China’s ecological civilization development descends from west to east. |
