Second, the authors prove that this function has seven fine properties proposed by Jean-Yves Duclos(2008) and other relevant papers, which makes up for the lack of proof of properties of methods that were put forward by previous literatures. Finally, the authors use the function to find out if China and its provinces can be judged second-order pro-poor, and compare the results to the first-order pro-poor’s judgment. Compared with the method of judging first-order pro-poor growth, this function covers broader pro-poor situations. Furthermore, it is in simple form and easy to operate, and overcomes the defect of preceding methods whose data requirement is too stringent, the data sometimes even being unable to get. | | 查看全文 |
