      科研机构对产业部门的知识溢出是影响一个地区创新活力的重要因素。然而，现有研究较多关注经典的地理因素，即“产”与“研”之间的地理距离对这种溢出效果的影响，却忽视了另一个至关重要的因素——“产”与“研”在领域分布上的“适配性”。有鉴于此，本文在城市层面上构建和计算了刻画产研适配性的指标，从而实证考察了产研适配性对城市创新溢出效果的影响。研究表明，产研适配性是影响一个城市内科研机构对产业部门创新溢出效应的关键因素，城市内产研适配性越高，科研机构对产业部门创新表现的促进作用越显著。进一步的机制分析表明，产研适配有助于促进科研机构与产业部门之间的合作研发，以及前者向后者的成果转让和后者对前者的技术吸收。本文的研究对深化产学研融合、充分激发城市内不同创新主体之间的互动效应等政策议题具有现实启示。
