英文摘要:
      Research Objectives: Replacing the currently used unmatched omission estimator, the reverse record check omission estimator, and the balanced inference omission estimator with complete omission estimator. Research Methods: Adopting the method of combining literature interpretation, achievement reference and transplantation, and field survey to study complete omission estimator and its variance estimation. Research Findings: The estimation of census omissions should not only provide omission estimates, but also reveal the reasons for the omission and the characteristics of the missed persons. Constructing census omission estimator should include both single-omission people, which are counted in the post-enumeration survey list but not in the census list, and double-omission people, which are omitted in the two survey lists. Research Innovations: Proposing complete omission estimator. Research Value: Complete omission estimator is expected to be applied to Chinas 2030 census omission estimation, creating a precedent for the application of complete omission estimator in world census omission estimation.
