      研究目标：加强货币政策与金融监管的协调，维护金融安全，提升金融服务质效，促进经济高质量发展。研究方法：基于DEA方法测度银行效率，运用熵值法构建货币政策调控指数，通过Tobit回归模型验证货币政策与金融监管在交互作用下对商业银行高质量发展与安全的影响。研究发现：不同松紧程度的货币政策配合不同的监管约束标准可增强商业银行经营的安全性，调整特定的监管约束标准可以提高商业银行效率。研究创新：银行风险承担渠道下货币政策关注金融稳定的目标，是连接起其与金融监管协调的起点，在金融稳定的基础上，金融效率的优化是促进金融高质量发展的前提。研究价值：从中国国情和金融业实际出发，提出商业银行统筹发展与安全的政策建议。
英文摘要:
      Research Objectives: Strengthen the coordination of monetary policy and financial supervision, maintain financial security, improve the quality and efficiency of financial services, and promote high-quality economic development. Research Methods: Based on DEA method to measure bank efficiency, entropy method to build monetary policy regulation index, through the Tobit regression model to verify the interaction of monetary policy and financial supervision on the high-quality development and safety of commercial banks. Research Findings: Different degree of monetary policy with different regulatory constraints can enhance the security of commercial banks, and adjusting specific regulatory constraints can improve the efficiency of commercial banks. Research Innovations: Under the channel of bank risk-taking, the goal of monetary policy to focus on financial stability is the starting point to connect it with financial supervision and coordination. The optimization of financial efficiency on the basis of financial stability is the premise to promote high-quality financial development, and one of the goals of high-quality development is high efficiency. Research Value: Based on China‘s national conditions and the reality of the financial industry, this paper puts forward policy suggestions on the overall development and security of commercial banks.
