      研究目标:探讨互联网对企业生存风险的影响以及可能存在的异质性。研究方法:基于2000~2010年中国工业企业数据,采用KM分析和PSM-Cox模型,系统地探究了应用互联网对企业生存风险的作用。研究发现:在样本期内,应用互联网可以降低企业31%左右的生存风险,提高企业1.05年的生存时间。而轻度应用通常并不会带来显著的影响,仅当企业深度应用互联网时,才能大幅降低其生存风险。互联网主要是通过开辟新市场来降低企业生存风险。此外,互联网的作用在不同性质、技术属性、发展阶段以及所在区域的企业间,表现出较为明显的异质性。研究创新:深入探究应用互联网对企业生存风险的作用机制,并采用行业内优先匹配的方式,避免了生存实验结果中存在因行业不同而造成的偏误。研究价值:本文的研究对于企业的经营决策和政府“互联网+”政策的制定都具有重要的启示意义。
英文摘要:
      Research Objectives:Discussing the impact of the internet on the survival risk of firms and the possible heterogeneity. Research Methods: Based on the data of Chinese industrial firms from 2000 to 2010, this paper systematically explores the effect of internet application on the survival risk of firms by using KM analysis and PSM-Cox model. Research Findings: In the sample period, the application of internet can reduce the survival risk of firms by 31%, and improve the survival time of firms by 1.05 years. However, light application usually does not bring significant impact, only when the firms deeply applies the internet, can its survival risk be greatly reduced. The internet mainly reduces the survival risk of firms by opening up new markets. In addition, the impact of the internet on the survival of firms with different nature, technological attribute, development stage, region and other factors shows obvious heterogeneity. Research Innovations: This paper explores the mechanism of internet application on firm survival risk, and adopts the method of intra-industry priority matching to avoid the bias caused by different industries in the survival experiment results. Research Value: The research of this paper has important implications for business decisions and the formulation of “Internet Plus” policy.
