      研究目标：对中国区域产业结构优化进行再估算。研究方法：在明确区域产业结构优化内涵的基础上，构建了三项核心指标：区域产业结构的合理化、高度化和生态化。采取灰色动态关联分析方法，将三项核心指标与经济增长率相耦合，综合估算区域产业结构优化指标。研究发现：先明确内涵再估算更合理；整体上，中国区域产业结构优化水平不断提升，地区差异显著。研究创新：先定性分析再定量分析，在内涵的基础上构建指标；将核心指标综合测度；考虑能耗角度测算生态化指标；将生态化指标融入区域产业结构优化指标的估算中，与目前中国可持续性经济发展的要求相契合。研究价值：为后续的相关研究提供了较为客观、合理的基础估算方法的借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Research Objectives: Measuring the economic growth efficiency and influence factors under resources and environment constraints in Ethnic minority regions. Research Methods: Calculating the economic growth efficiency by constructing the SBM-Undesirable model based on output perspective, and analyzing the restriction effect by Tobit model. Research Findings: Resources and environment constraints indeed lead to the loss of economic growth efficiency in ethnic minority regions, the efficiency loss on average more than 20% under the VRS; The resource and environment constraints have not resulted in the efficiency loss in eastern regions, but efficiency improvement; the unique characteristics of ethnic minorities have an important constraint to economic efficiency. Research Innovations: Constructing the SBM-Undesirable model based on output perspective, and estimating the capital and labor input objectively and accurately, testing the restriction effect of unique characteristics of ethnic minorities. Research Value: Recognizing the resources and environment cost correctly in Ethnic minority regions, and providing theoretical support for the formulation of policies
