      研究目标:测算长三角和珠三角城市群25个城市2000~2010年的环境经济绩效。研究方法:采用基于松弛的方向性距离函数和Luenberger生产率指数法。研究发现:纯技术进步和技术规模变化两个指标对生产率增长的贡献均非常显著,规模效率变化的贡献较小,而纯效率变化的贡献很小甚至为负值。长三角城市群相比珠三角城市群更倾向于“高投资率”模式,考虑环境因素后,珠三角城市群内部的环境技术效率水平更趋于分化,非平衡性加深。长三角城市群的整体水平略高于珠三角城市群,表明其他因素的贡献抵消了长三角城市群技术效率水平落后的负效应。研究创新:同时运用基于松弛的方向性距离函数和Luenberger生产率指数测度和分析长三角及珠三角城市群环境经济绩效的区域差异。研究价值:传统经济绩效评价方式忽略了资源、环境作为经济发展内生变量的刚性约束和时代对绿色生产率和可持续发展的诉求,因而存在一定偏差。
英文摘要:
      Research Objectives:This article measures the environmental performance evaluation of economics in a sample of 25 cities of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration. Research Methods: This paper uses Slacks-based Directional Distance Function and Luenberger productivity index method. Research Findings: The research shows that LPTP and LTPSC are the main sources of TFP growth,the contribution of LSEC is indistinctive,furthermore the value of LPEC is even negative. Research Innovations: The paper uses Slacks-based Measure Model and Luenberger productivity index to measure and analyze regional differences of environmental economic performance in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. Research Value: The traditional performance evaluation of economics tends to ignore the significance of resources and environment,which are endogenous variables of economic development and not meeting the trend requirement of green productivity and sustainable development.
