      研究目标：测算中国各城市FDI效率并研究如何通过生产性服务业集聚提高城市FDI效率。研究方法：利用DEA超效率SBM模型测算中国260个城市的外商投资工业企业全要素生产率，运用空间杜宾模型研究生产性服务业集聚对FDI效率的影响。研究发现：中国城市FDI效率总体呈现逐渐增加的趋势，但近年来增长率有所降低；生产性服务业集聚促进了城市FDI效率的提高，但对周边城市具有抑制作用，该影响效果在不同区域和生产性服务业行业具有异质性特征；生产性服务业集聚主要提高了外商投资工业企业的规模效率，但近年来对技术效率的促进作用逐渐显著，高级生产性服务业集聚可以通过城市技术进步促进FDI效率提高。研究创新：科学测算了中国260个城市外商投资工业企业劳动生产率、资本利用率和全要素生产率，利用空间计量模型研究了生产性服务业集聚对FDI效率的影响。研究价值：为利用生产性服务业集聚提高城市FDI质量提供了有益借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Research Objectives：This paper measures the efficiency of FDI in China's cities and studies how to improve the efficiency of FDI through producer services agglomeration. Research Methods：This paper uses DEA super efficiency SBM model to measure the total factor productivity of foreign-invested industrial enterprises in 260 cities of China, and uses spatial Durbin model to study the impact of producer services agglomeration on FDI efficiency. Research Findings: The efficiency of FDI in Chinese cities is increasing gradually, but the growth has slowed down in recent years. The agglomeration of producer services promotes the efficiency of FDI in cities, but inhibits the efficiency of FDI in surrounding cities, which has heterogeneity characteristics in different regions and productive service industries. The agglomeration of producer services mainly improves the scale efficiency of foreign-invested industrial enterprises, but in recent years, it has gradually played a significant role in promoting technological efficiency. The agglomeration of advanced producer services can promote the efficiency of FDI through urban technological progress. Research Innovations: We have scientifically measured the labor productivity, capital utilization rate and total factor productivity of foreign-invested industrial enterprises in 260 cities in China. Then we use spatial econometric model to study the impact of producer services agglomeration on FDI efficiency. Research Value: This paper provides a useful reference for the use of producer services agglomeration to promote the high-quality development of urban FDI.
