      研究目标：高铁开通对城市创新水平的影响及其机制。研究方法：基于知识生产“面对面交流”理论，构建实证模型，利用2003～2016年地级市面板数据和双重差分法进行回归分析。研究发现：基准回归结果表明高铁开通显著地提高了高铁沿线非节点城市的创新水平；动态效应分析和工具变量估计仍然支持这一结论。异质性分析发现，对于高铁沿线非节点城市，与节点城市的距离越近、对应的节点城市创新水平越高，高铁开通对其创新水平的提升作用越大，且主要发生在东部和中部地区，表明高铁开通具有知识溢出效应。进一步排除竞争性假说，证实了知识溢出效应。研究创新：从知识溢出效应角度考察高铁开通对城市创新水平的影响机制，并利用工具变量方法缓解了已有研究中的内生性问题。研究价值：有助于全面评价大规模高铁建设的经济效应，同时为高铁时代地区间如何创新协同发展提供了丰富的政策启示。
英文摘要:
      Research Methods: Utilizing time varying stochastic frontier model to measure and analyze efficiency of Chinas foreign direct investment in B&R countries.Research Findings:There is an obvious positive correlation between the efficiency of Chinas foreign direct investment and financial depth,financial efficiency,financial stability,banking system scale,financial credibility culture in B&R countriesThe efficiency of Chinas foreign direct investment toward B&R countries is on constant progress,but there is still huge potential of opportunities in these countries,and there is a gap of efficiency between “belt”countries and “road”countriesThe establishment of Chinese overseas financial institutions promotes efficient Chinas foreign direct investment in B&R countries.Research Innovations: This is the first thesis that utilizes time varying stochastic frontier model to measure and analyze efficiency of Chinas foreign direct investment in B&R countries as well as financial development factors that affect the improvement of efficiency.Research Value: Providing empirical experience for improving investment quality in B&R countries,and for enlarging investment potential Helping promote financial development in B&R countries so as to promote B&R financial stability and cooperation
