| 研究目标：估计R&D资本平均服务寿命并分析其对R&D资本存量净额、资本消耗的影响。研究方法：基于有效发明专利的持续年限估计R&D资本的平均服务寿命，并据此估计各执行部门和工业企业各行业的R&D资本存量净额和资本消耗。研究发现：R&D资本存量净额和资本消耗对于平均服务寿命的大小非常敏感，平均服务寿命是影响资本存量净额和资本消耗，乃至GDP总量的重要参数。研究创新：根据有效发明专利的持续年限估计R&D资本的平均服务寿命。研究价值：可用于完善国民经济核算中的R&D资本核算。 |

| Research Objectives: Determining the impact of R&D capital average service life on R&D capital stock net and capital consumption. Research Methods: Based on the duration of valid invention patents, we estimate the average service life of R&D capital. The net R&D capital stock and capital consumption of enterprises, research institutions, universities and overseas departments are estimated accordingly. Research Findings: The net R&D capital stock and capital consumption are very sensitive to the average service life. Service life is an important parameter affecting the net capital stock and capital consumption, and even the total GDP. Research Innovations: Estimating the average service life of R&D capital according to the duration of effective invention patents. Research Value: It can be used to improve R&D capital accounting in national accounts. |
