| 研究目标：八大综合经济区科技创新能力的区域差距、时空转移、影响因素及其空间溢出效应。研究方法：运用泰尔指数、空间Markov链以及空间杜宾模型。研究发现：八大综合经济区科技创新能力呈空间异质性，区域间差距是主要根源；总体呈正空间相关，在不同水平邻域科技创新环境的影响下，时空转移呈异质性；在空间关联模式下，经济基础、空间区位与企业创新均呈显著正向的区域内、区域间溢出效应，人力资本呈显著负向溢出效应，而人才投入仅呈显著正向的区域内溢出效应。研究创新：基于时空视角，挖掘八大综合经济区科技创新能力区域差距的来源，揭示其影响因素及空间溢出效应。研究价值：缩小综合经济区科技创新能力区域差距，推动区域科技创新协同发展。 |

| Research Objectives: This paper is to discover the regional disparity, time-space transfer, influencing factors and its space spillover of the innovation ability in eight comprehensive economic areas. Research Methods: By using the methods of Theil index, spatial Markov chain analysis and spatial panel Dubin model, this paper carries on the empirical research. Research Findings: Firstly, the spatial distribution of scientific and technological innovation ability in the eight comprehensive economic areas is spatial heterogeneous. The overall disparity is always significant, and the disparities among comprehensive economic areas are the major source of overall disparity. Secondly, the spatial distribution of scientific and technological innovation ability in the eight comprehensive economic areas has a positive spatial dependence. The neighboring scientific and technological innovation environment significantly affects the evolution of the regional innovation ability diversely. Thirdly, in the spatial correlation model, the direct and indirect spillover effect of the economic base, the spatial location advantage and the enterprise innovation ability on the regional scientific and technological innovation development is significantly positive. The direct spillover effect of talent investment is significantly positive, while the indirect spillover effect is not significant. The direct and indirect spillover effect of human capital is significantly negative.Research Innovations: Based on the perspective of time and space, this paper explores the source of overall disparity, and reveals its impact factors and spillover effects.
